PCC EHR's Answer Memory Makes Charting Faster

PCC EHR offers three Answer Memory features to help you chart faster: Smart Boxes, Auto-Notes, and Last Answer Memory.

Smart Boxes record what you write in the chart and offer the most popular responses back to you as you continue to use PCC EHR. Smart boxes can be set to remember answers by patient, across all patients, by provider, or across all providers.

Auto-Notes allows you to set default documentation notes at a practice or provider level. This feature was designed for recording "normal" and "abnormal" results in the physicial exam, though it can be used with any multiple choice style chart component. 

Last Answer Memory displays responses from the previous visit in today's chart.  This feature, similar to a sticky note in a paper chart, is designed to improve quality of care. It helps you follow up efficiently by eliminating the need to flip through previous visit data.
