PCC reimburses eligible employees for the cost of an internet connection on a monthly basis up to the full monthly cost of the connection subject to certain restrictions.
The plan is designed to allow full-time employees to pay for certain expenses using pre-tax dollars. These expenses include health insurance premiums, certain uncovered medical expenses, dependent care expenses and commuter/mass-transit expenses.
PCC's disability plans provide coverage if a full-time employee is unable to work due to illness or injury as defined by the plan.
PCC provides a life insurance policy with a scheduled benefit of $50,000 to employees under the age of 70. The benefit is reduced for employees over the age of 70.
