Microsoft® Windows Downloads
PCC's TeraTerm Package is communications software used for connecting a Windows platform PC with Partner. It can be used for a direct connection within your office using a serial connection, or TCP/IP if available. It can also be used with a dial up modem from a home PC. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM WITH A CABLE OR DSL MODEM FROM HOME. The package includes the TeraTerm program and configuration files designed specifically for Partner users. The best part is that it is absolutely free.
Some clients have experienced problems with the number pad on their PC not working. If you are not able to use the number pad on your keyboard. Download and install this Keyboard patch.

Apple Downloads
PCC's Mac Kermit Package that enables you to connect to your Partner system, from home, with your Macintosh computer. Just click on the link and it will download and unstuff itself.
ZTerm Package is an ALTERNATIVE modem dial-in program for the Macintosh that works much better with new Macintoshes (like the imac). After downloading, double click it to unstuff it. For help installing and configuring ZTERM, check out the ZTerm Help Page.
To use your Machintosh computer via LAN (Local Area Network) use PCC's NCSA Telnet Package . Just click on the link and it will download and unstuff itself.
