For 24 years, PCC has been working with pediatric practices to fine-tune their revenue cycles while achieving the highest reimbursement rates for services provided. Let our expertise work for you during PCC's free, two-day Regional Training Sessions (RTS) held in two cities this fall:

November 8 & 9—Iselin, NJ

November 12 & 13—Westborough, MA

Training is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, with a break for lunch (provided by PCC) from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Register now. The registration deadline for both sessions is October 30, 2007. Space is limited.

• Post-visit: charge capture, coding, using Partner to maximize efficiency, proving out, claims processing, personal billing, takebacks, denials, appeals
• A/R Management: analyzing A/R reports, pinpointing problems in your A/R, following up with insurance companies, collecting outstanding personal balances
• Reports and Assessment: revenue per visit, collection, and benchmark reports for measuring success and finding room for improvement
