writing software, and appointment reminder phone systems. PCC has interfaces with
JMJ Technologies' EncounterPRO, Chartcare, and A4 EHRs; ZixCorp's PocketScripts and
iScribe for prescription writing; and MedBuddy, PhoneTree, and TeleVox for appointment
reminder systems. Also, learn about the benefits of connecting to your state
immunization registry with Partner. Take advantage of any of these third party
vendor products and PCC's interfaces to make your life easier.

OM-116: Organizing a Flu Clinic
Learn to set up a successful flu clinic at your practice. Use the recaller to ensure
an adequate supply of vaccine and to send out announcements to high-risk patients.
Configure the schedule to handle the unique high-volume needs of a flu clinic. Discuss
clinic-specific charge screens in Partner for handling the unique billing and collections
procedures. Take these principles and apply them to any of your seasonal clinics.

OM-210: Web Site Hosting Services with PCC

Our new Web site service will provide you with a secure and trusted place to host your site and a management tool that will eliminate the need for you to pay thousands of dollars to a Web designer. You'll have an appealing "brochure" site that you can control and update easily--without needing to know HTML. OM-302: Sick Call Blocking with cscb/escb
Learn how to configure and run both the Consistent Sick Call Blocker (cscb) and the Extended Sick Call Blocker (escb). Use cscb to quickly block out your usual sick times over several months, and then use escb to fine tune blocks for special days that don't fit the norm.
