For the original article in MMWR, see the CDC web site:
http://www.cdc.gov/
If you don't already, you can get a free e-mail subscription to MMWR at that
site. It comes either in text form, or as a pdf file. The pdf file requires
Adobe Acrobat, which is also available for free. The text version is just
text--the pdf version has all the charts and tables.
This is also the place for travel information. The "yellow book," as it is
known in my office, is all there, and kept up to date. You can search by
country, and get details about requirements and recommendations for travel
anywhere. I use this in my office when patients are traveling. I'll get on
the CDCs site, find the country, print the information out, and hand it to
the parent/patient before they leave the office. Boy, are they ever
impressed!
