A 16 year old boy came in concerned that his penis has "bent to the side"
for about 3 years. Exam seemed pretty normal (maybe a slight curvature
which I wouldn't have made a notation about on a routine physical). No
chordee. He said he read something about a condition called "Pyrenes
(sp???) Syndrome" which he was concerned he had. He didn't know how to
spell it, I've never heard of it, and I tried searching texts and the
internet using various spellings with no success. Does anyone have any
idea what he may have been talking about?
Thanks for any responses.
