Dianna - I've done that too! A Caucasian baby girl who had Down features including low set ears, poor tone, simian crease, wide set eyes, etc. Her chromosomes were normal. I was quite embarassed but the parents were so relieved when I gave them the news. This little girl is almost 5 years old now and her mom and I got to be good friends. She didn't look like either parent in the beginning. Eve H.
