Re: health insurance for children

For full time employees, I pay the full cost of a very good group plan. I
pay only for the employee, not for the family. The employee may add family
coverage. For my P.A., I also cover her family.

I am not covered, because my wife's employer, Sheridan College (State of
Wyoming) covers me for less than it would cost me to join my own group.

The individual employees cost me between $382/month and $605/month,
depending on the age of the employees. The family plan for the P.A. costs
me $958/month.

The employees know what it costs and appreciate the benefit. It costs me
$2,326/month for the three employees and in addition for the P.A. and her
family.

I have shopped for the best deal and there is none. It came down to two
similar plans with the same costs for me. I let the four employees choose.
