> NC has tied their Medicaid payments to 95% of 2002 Medicare. Where can I find the > Medicare fees to see if they are doing it right? Funny you should ask. If anyone wants a quick and dirty RVU analysis of their practice (geographically adjusted), check out: http://www.pcc.com/mc/rvu It's not 100% complete, but the calculations work. I don't know how long it will exist in its present form, but I'd love to know what you think. In Dr. Barden's case, he can simply set the multiplier to .95, his location to North Carolina, and then enter up to 20 codes he wishes to check. It will then spit out the fee NC Medicaid has set (in theory). If you also put in your existing prices and volume, it will calculate the differences. Let me know if you have questions. -- Chip Hart * chip @ pcc.com Physician's Computer Company * http://www.pcc.com/~chip 1 Main Street * Work:800-722-7708 Winooski, VT 05404 * Fax: 802-846-8178
