> NC has tied their Medicaid payments to 95% of 2002 Medicare. Where can I find the > Medicare fees to see if they are doing it right? I just realized that I sent my response only to Dr. Barden. I've just finished most of an on-line RBRVU calculator for pediatric practices (the calculator works, the page isn't perfect). For those of you who understand the RBRVU concept, the calculator includes Geographic Adjustments, a pricing modifier, the 2002 vales (plus RUC values for pediatric codes), and the ability to look up 20 CPT codes at a time. Although I have author's pride, I must say that's it's pretty cool. For Dr. Barden, it's all but perfect. For those of you who DON'T know what RBRVUs are, I strongly encourage you to read the introduction at the site below. Having analyzed the efforts of hundreds of pediatricians around the country, I can assure you that all but a small minority of you are *undercharging* and this will provide some support for that fact.
