The Infamous "Amoxil Rash"

Anyone have any information on the infamous "Amoxil (amoxicillin) rash"? I
have seen a red non-urticarial rash associated with amoxicillin, and we have
always called this benign and not allergy. I see so many kids labeled
allergic who just got a red rash... but the literature is sparse if not
non-existent. This is separate (or is it) from the classic amoxicillin-mono
rash (saw a great case of that a couple of week ago).
