We file by the first 3 letters of the last name AND by the first name. So, Andy Kohlruss Amy Kohlruss Ryan Kohlruss Zach Kohlruss would be in that order. Three letters makes it even easier and faster to locate the chart. Behind the Kohlruss charts would be the Konings, Kotters, etc. With 3 letters you can go much more quickly past the Koh, Kon and get right to the Kot's.
