I'm in the process of writing up a case series of two toddlers who presented to emergency with increased muscle tone and were subsequently found to have ingested large quantities of marijuana. I've done an extensive and expensive literature search and have found no explanation for the increased tone. Does anyone on the list have ideas on this?
