Too bad infant is formula fed- breastfeeding naturally limits fluid volume AND is much lower in Na than formula- what about Turners? How long was mom in labor and how much IV fluid did she get? what solution? They could both have been fluid overloaded- Normal renal U/S? Kotler, MD FAAP
