Maybe some of you remember that I asked advice about examining infants' ears and that it was a big problem for me. Well, I took all of your advice to heart. I now have my own portable otiscope with an insufflator and non-disposable #2 speculums and I am very happy to say that there are very few ears that I can't see now. Unless symptomatic, I still don't dig out ears but when I really want to see, I'm able to do so most times now. I'm still excited when I see a TM move with the insufflation. Just wanted to let you all now that you helped. Thanks bunches! T. Ivey, CPNP
