I'll be lazy and copy Moshe's response because it's the same as I was going
to write anyway.  But what about charting?  I'll admit that my kid's charts
are about the thinnest in the office, because very few of their illnesses
have been documented, including most of the times they've been on
antibiotics.  It's been pure laziness on my part and it wouldn't be great
if they were to ever need an ENT referal and we needed a complete history
of OM and medications.  Please someone else tell me I'm not the only one!
