And i've had training in different medical subspecialties(internal medicine, nephrology, neonatology) but never been so happy with my work and myself since i became a general pediatrician. There are a few areas though that i wish i would have paid more attention to when i was in residency: -behavioral medicine -sexual abuse I guess i never thought i was going to be solo in a small town.
