No barrage here, Hugo in fact RIGHT ON!!
my office has not purchased a pulse oximeter yet because of expense...but I
feel that good old fashioned first four vital signs are still very
important ...I've seen over-reaction and under-reaction to this
technological wonder

LOOK AT THE PATIENT!!!!
