To another poster, I think it would be hard to make a case for neglect for Ritalin, actually, abandonment is a possible issue, but we have given them the customary 30 day notice. I think when I was in Missouri I remember reading about cases where a physician was put on probation by the BNDD because a patient or staff used the script pad to get controlled substances. Although I don't like that the children are put in the middle of this, I think the personal risk tips the balance. Kevin
