I would inform tha mom that I needed to report to social services, and
discuss that if the ritalin wasn't working, we should consider
Clonadine, perhaps in a patch form, hard to smoke or snort.  I'd stay in
the medical arena and let the soc. serv dept and the poliece do the
legal investigation re the selling and abuse of substance.
