Joey's ear recheck shows a healthy ear but mom says "We've gotten a divorce and I think my ex-husband is sexually abusing the children.."...the next kid has a huge ranula and the next is huffing and puffing with a resp. rate in the 60s and retractions and then a 5 month old new patient who was given a short appointment for a sick visit because the mom said he had been seen before and he has the same name as another patient (Dakota is a very popular name for baby boys on east Texas) so the wrong chart was pulled has a huge murmur with a big liver.... should I go on? Please tell me you have these days also. Thanks Kim Burlingham, MD
