I am always seeking ways to improve this health setting (which becomes increasingly more complex each day). I do have one other question. It seems as though schools, or at least those I am familiar with, do not require a physician note to STOP a med order in school. Often this is done per parent request. I am wondering if there is reason for concern, especially without ongoing communication with the physician who prescribed, for how does anyone know that the prescription is not still being filled and used for purposes other than those intended by the prescriber! Thanks again for your input. I wish the physicians in our area were as cooperative and open to observations of others involved. Kim ____
