Palatability is really a difficult subject.

Consider PTC (phenylthiocarbamide) taste testing as an excellent
example.

I believe your sense of taste is genetically programmed.

PTC trials show many distinctive tastes from the same chemical
substance!

16 people in a group can have entirely different taste sensations.

No taste at all, Sweet, sour, bitter, salt, combinations of tastes, and
latency or persistence, etc.

{Consider antibiotic product(s).}
