I am not an expert about this
but i will post this topic to a pediatric list serve
do you know about list serves and neonatal list serves

You should go to
http://www.uab.edu/pedinfo

investigate there what is available as a pediatric list serve
and neonatal list serve

I will also forward this to a neonatologist
Perhaps one of these people will reply to you
