Same problem with HBV - remember when we initially would check HBV antibody titers after a patient completed their HBV series and you would find patients who have zero HBV titers. What would you do? Initially, they would advise revaccinating the patient. Now, we don't "look" because we don't want to know! <g> As they say, don't go looking for "trouble."
