A good number of our clients use the Pediatric Advisor and swear by it. Anyone dealing with managed care should be using patient handouts all day long. You can get more information about the program by visiting the WWW site of the company who makes it (Clinical Reference Systems): http://www.crs.com or by calling 800-237-8401. We've exhibited next to these guys at the AAP shows for years and they're very nice people. PCC has also developed a UNIX/AIX version of the program that's incorporated into our software - it works very nicely at the checkout window. If you want to see what a sample Pediatric Advisor handout looks like, go to: http://www.pcc.com/primarycare/cc/#crs (I think that's it). There's a picture at the bottom you can view. The handouts from the PCC "version" are straight from CRS, so you can get a good idea of what CRS can do for you. -- Chip Hart * People's Computer Company * http://www.pcc.com/~chip 15 Pinecrest Drive * Work:800-722-7708 Essex Junction, VT 05452 * Fax: 802-872-8214
