Giving a guarantee of cure (which is what not charging for no cure is) is a violation of state law, professional misconduct, and grounds for losing ones license. I couldn't do it even if I thought it were a good idea, which I do not. Who would take care of the termanally or chronicly ill? David Tinkelman, MD
