I must say that most of the pediatricians I have worked with (most have been excellent docs) were never trained in giving shots. An LPN friend of mine had to "walk" the doc she was working with thru giving her own flu shot. Doesn't the time it takes to do your own shots--with all the paper work involved, slow you down a lot and reduce the # of pts you can see? Maureen CPNP
