Some of you commented on the use of EMLA for penile (and labial) adhesions. I most often see penile adhesions at the early well baby visits - the 2, 4, 6 month ones. EMLA is not approved for children under 6 months (suprise, suprise). Are you using EMLA in this age group? Eve H. Switzer, M.D.
