I saw a case like this about six years ago. The child was slightly hypotonic. I repeate an MRI and the child had a slow growing tumor (I forgot which type) in his brainstem. I would get a repeat MRI. Matt Sadof MD Baystate Medical Center Springfield, MA 413 794 2052
