Please let me assure Pedtalk subscribers that I do know what Pedtalk is! I am the Director of Nursing for a company which staffs Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the Carolinas. I have been a Pediatric R.N. for 18 years! What I sent to Pedtalk subscribers was what I thought (and still think) was a valid offer. If I have unwittingly sent a SPAM (I don't even know what that is), then I am truly sorry. However, if it is as I believe a valid offer, I feel that it would be appropriate to send for your consideration. I would welcome clearer proof to the contrary as opposed to someone that is just "tired" of junk mail. I too am tired of so many offers - but willing to sift through to find a few rare jewels.
