Vascular Birthmarks

I rec'd some interesting information from the Vascular
Birthmark Foundation on Monday. I thought I would share it with
	you all:

Chip,

Thanks for writing back, I hope you had a chance to check out our website
(www.birthmark.org) and will consider informing physicians in your network
of our foundation and the services we provide regarding vascular birthmarks.

The goal of our foundation is to educate physicians and families in the
proper management of hemangiomas and other vascular birthmarks. Currently,
there is no national or international standard for accurately diagnosing and
appropriately treating the some 40,000 children a year born with these
disfiguring lesions. You can help us achieve our goal by referring our site
to your network of physicians and other health care providers. We believe
that the "NET" may be the key to help us establish an international protocol
that will ensure uniform treatment of these individuals.

Thank you and God bless you,

Salvatore Munafo
