Is the provider obligated to confirm coverage or lack of it? It seems to
me that it would be "fairer" to the provider to just have the parent
sign an attestation that they are eligible for the vaccine once the
rules are explained to them. We spend too much time already on the phone
trying to get referrals, verify coverage, etc.
