FW: Bulging fontanelle -follow up

>From the cloudy CSF, I am assuming that the doctors thought she had
bacterial menigitis. My understanding is that vanco is indicated because of
the penicillin resistance of bacteria that cause menigitis, and that a vanco
and cephalosporin antibiotics work in synergy.
