The advice Daniel Frieling gave is very good. Never run a program without knowing what it is. The other thing I recommend is having antivirus software. The two biggies are Norton Antivirus software and McAfee Associates Antivirus. Both are very good. I am sure that both programs would have picked up this virus. I recommend running at least on virus program. Norton Antivirus works two ways: It automatically looks for viruses when you open an email message or an email enclosure (it does this all the time when it is enabled). And you can run the program periodically to scan for viruses. I also recommend that you update your antivirus software once a week and then run the scan. (Norton picked it up for me, but I that is because I tried to copy the virus program to my hard disk because I thought it was a virus. I just wanted to see if it was.) I am nearly positive that MacAfee would have picked it up too. Just a recommendation. Jeff Utz
