I wonder how many children who do not "eat enough" wind up as obese teenagers. I once had a mother bring in two children to me. An adolescent for obesity and a three year old for not eating enough. She could not see the connection even when she mentioned that the obese teen-ager had not eaten well as a three year old. Dan Nussbaum
