Re: Cosleeping safety guidelines

But what if the husband happens to be a heavy sleeper? Back to
the land of Ozi and Harriet and double beds? Last night was a
first for me - I slept through a loud beeper, 18 inches from
my head. My wife gently called my name and I immediately woke
up. I did not believe her when she said my beeper had gone off
- not until I saw the number on the beeper! People can sleep
differently under different situations. While our children
were small, I would literally wake up if one happened to stand
quietly at our door (open). I would generally wake more easily
than my wife for crying children - but not ALWAYS. A 100% of
anything is a hard thing to do - for very long.
