I'd had several mothers tell me that the Nystatin suspension dried the
nipples uncomfortably. A knowledgeable lactation consultant suggested the
cream. Is it safe? I have no studies, but the active ingredient is the
same as in the suspension and I don't know of anything in the vehicle which
could be toxic.
