If it is asymptomatic in both mother and infant (in that case, how would you
know??) then probably not.  But I suspect some babies are in discomfort with
oral candidiasis, and I KNOW many mothers are in excruciating pain -- burning
pain -- with their nipples.  Babies may not eat as well -- it may present as
an intractable diaper rash which isn't comfortable.

Yup, I think treatment is in order.
