Wonder how her kidney function came & went along with the yeast?

You know, I know a lot of people who have lived with yeast for a long long
long time; however, I don't know anyone who has followed the Atkin's diet for
a long long long time.  Surely there is someone since the Atkin's diet has
been around since the 1960's.  I can find a lot of scientific references on
yeast but I can't seem to find any "real" study of the Atkin's diet.  Why is
that?
