practice and he will prescribe an antibiotic, making it look like I was the
bad clinician.
She got better because of time not because of the abx.
Anyway, I expect this mom and child to come in a few days and get their abx
from whichever of the docs see her.

Keep practicing the way YOU know is correct. Patients may be unhappy, they
may get what they're looking for from another provider, but you'll feel
better knowing you did the best you could. Plus, you never know - one of
your associates might learn something from you!
