It wasnt the alarm..trust me it went off right away and blasted loud enough to wake the dead..or almost all of them..If my husband, the dog and cat can be roused several rooms away it surely was loud..but in this case it did not awaken the intended victim.. As a matter of fact even when he was dragged to the bathroom by his mother he didnt wake up..as she kep saying "Son you have to pee".. He is now a perfectly normal HS senior on his way to take his SAT's..and would be horribly mortified if he thought i had told this story to perfect strangers. I agree with Michael Sachs. Kids stop wetting when they are ready to stop wetting..we just sometimes think it is because of something we have done. Perhaps they would have stopped on thier own anyways.. My job is to help parents cope until the kid cures him or herself. jane
