Yes.  Contains information about newborns, management of common problems,
dosages for acetaminophen and ibuprofen, and our check-up and immuization
schedule.

Yes, but not many commercial preprinted ones.

We utilize our own handouts we've written for each age of check-up as well as
Pediatric Advisor which is integrated into our office computer system
(Partner from PCC).

Not yet, but working on it.

No
