How long has PedTalk been around?

PedTalk started n 1996. We have archived the messages from PedTalk online since June, 1997. To date, we have 260 megabytes-worth of valuable Pediatric conversations—more than 26,000 messages.

PedTalk membership has changed over the years, but the size always hovers in the 400-600 range. Anyone is allowed to join PedTalk, though there are rules of behavior that everyone is required to follow. The balance of professional and non-professional voices is one of PedTalk's strengths.
