Award-Winning Service & Support

We’re proud to prove our track record by announcing that for the fourth consecutive year, PCC was named Best in KLAS for the Ambulatory Pediatric EMR segment in the 2024 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report. Our world-class service is what we’re known for at PCC, and we consistently outrank our competitors with our near-perfect score for personalized support. We’re a trusted partner who stands with your practice, giving you the real-person attention you deserve and the solutions that are right for you.

What’s the KLAS: Software and Services Report?

The KLAS report is a tool for providers, hospitals, healthcare systems, and payors to review healthcare-related software, services, and equipment based on data from other healthcare professionals. KLAS is an independent vendor who collects reviews from health industry professionals and presents the resulting data to facilitate your practice’s research process and decision-making. Since KLAS reports reflect the views of real physicians and professionals, they are an honest and impartial look at the quality of today’s health software and services.

What does this mean for pediatricians?

In previous years, PCC was scored relative to other EMRs from all specialties. This year’s KLAS released an additional pediatric specialty report that has an important distinction: it compares PCC’s performance with other EMRs based on scores only from pediatricians. By focusing on pediatric needs, this year’s report reflects PCC’s work in the field of pediatrics, and gives pediatricians’ insight into the solutions made specifically for their practice of medicine.

How did PCC perform?

We received an overall score of 93.0 in six major categories: Culture, Loyalty, Operations, Product, Relationship, and Value, the highest among our peers. We’re proud that our work in 2022 resulted in an improvement upon our 2023 score — it’s all part of our goal of meeting the unique needs of pediatricians.

How do I access the KLAS report myself?

As a medical professional, you can access the full 2023 Best in KLAS report and the Pediatric Specialty report at no cost by visiting klasresearch.com and creating a login.

Interoperability Connections for Pediatricians

Interoperability is the ability of two or more systems or components to exchange information and to use the information that has been exchanged.

Your patient families expect a smooth experience with your practice, with as little waiting and uncertainty as possible. To deliver the most efficient pediatric care possible, you need an EHR with quick, robust connections to vital assets in the healthcare industry, including immunization registries, e-lab results, and electronic claims submission.

PCC delivers a broad range of interoperability connections to the most relevant systems to your pediatric needs, and adhere to strict healthcare industry standards and requirements.

Pricing that Eliminates Surprises

To provide true peace of mind, we’ve designed our system with a simple pricing model. PCC Complete is an EHR and medical billing software solution that includes all service, support and resources you will ever need, making your life easier and your expenses predictable.

Pediatric Resources to Help Your Practice Thrive

At PCC, we are committed to the long-term success of our pediatric clients. That’s why we’re much more than a healthcare software company. We’re your expert partner, providing a wealth of free, up-to-date educational resources for continuous learning, from timely clinical issues to regulation compliance and advances in technology.

The PCC Community: A Valuable Network of Peer Professionals

Our national network of PCC clinicians is a valuable resource from which to draw information and inspiration, and we provide an easy interface for peer-based exchange. Discussions cover a variety of topics such as pediatric EHR and billing practices, insurance challenges, pediatric practice efficiencies, and clinical questions.

Your PCC Experience Begins with a Conversation

When you choose PCC, we’re with you every step of the way, from the decision-making process, to implementation, and beyond. We’ll help you practice better medicine, run a better business, and free up your time. We support you so you can focus on supporting your patients.

Take a look at our in-depth implementation process and compare the services offered.

Unlike other vendors who only seem to contact you for sales or support discussions, PCC’s implementation process provides the direct, supportive training and go-live assistance you need during the entire process.

Our implementation process supports you with the relevant set up, configuration and direction you need, while allowing you to proceed at your learning pace. How? Your Kick-Off meeting is a series of interactive training sessions over the course of two days that will set you on the right track as you begin training. Want to repeat a process or customize it for how your practice does business? With weekly implementation meetings over the 12 week training period, we’re here to help you whenever you have questions.

Implementation support doesn’t end once you’ve finished initial training. Practices, workflows, and healthcare decisions change when used in real-life office situations, so our implementation team will help you customize the EHR as you use it in real time. This supportive Go-Live process helps you practice what you learned in training to make sure it works the way you need it to for your patients. When you’re ready, you’ll say goodbye to your implementation team and hello to your Client Advocate and support team, who have your back for software requests, customization options, and problem-solving whenever you need it at no extra charge.

Most importantly, we won’t let you fail. That is our promise.
