One-on-One New Customer Treatment

You will work with PCC's New Client Team, a group devoted to helping you smoothly transition to your new PCC system. Our NC Team works successfully each day with practices just like yours, whether transitioning from a less ideal practice management system, or building a practice from the ground up. We know firsthand what it means to work in a pediatric office and to use Partner to create a healthy workflow at all levels of the practice—from patient check-in to insurance company negotiations. We're dedicated to your successful transition to PCC.

The NC Team will achieve optimal configuration of your new Partner System with input from you, which includes timely completion of the Partner Configuration Manual. Among the many things we'll do, we'll enter your procedure and diagnosis codes, with you checking them for accuracy.

Installation of PCC at your practice involves many steps—all handled at your office by our experienced NC Team. Our supportive presence and first rate-training help your staff quickly get comfortable with the Partner software and the office flow it encourages. Sooner than you might expect, you're online and successfully up to speed with Partner!

When you've detailed your specifications in the Configuration Manual, we'll work out the details for your potential data conversion as well as the onsite visits to your practice, which can include a pre-install visit, installation visit, and a follow-up visit after you've been online for a designated length of time.

Converting Your Existing Data

PCC has a very successful process for converting patient demographics (names, addresses, billing notes, insurance information, and so forth). This process often successfully converts patient histories, as well. Most other practice management software does not store the detailed data maintained by Partner. Due to the potential existing faults in your current system, PCC may not be able to transfer balances or patient histories to Partner.

Once you are online with Partner, your NC Team will be there to support you, with an in-depth and personal knowledge of your unique practice situation. Your calls to this specialized team for help are backed by your Guaranteed Response Time.

When you and your NC Team members are confident in your usage and knowledge of Partner, you will graduate from the NC Team to the equally experienced Partner and Technical Solutions Teams. These teams will use the accurate pictures of your office layout and flow, hardware and software, and your staff responsibilities provided by the NC Team to ensure a smooth transition.
