One-on-One New Customer Treatment

You will work with PCC's Implementation Team - a group devoted to helping you smoothly transition to your new PCC pediatric EHR and/or Partner system. Our Implementation Team works successfully each day with practices just like yours, whether you're transitioning from a less ideal practice management system or building a practice from the ground up. We know firsthand what it means to work in a pediatric office and to use Pediatric Partner and PCC EHR to create a healthy workflow at all levels of your practice. From scheduling, patient check-in, insurance company negotiations and reporting to scanning and clinical workflow, we're dedicated to your successful transition to PCC.

With input from you, PCC's Implementation Team will achieve optimal configuration of your new Pediatric Partner and PCC EHR systems. Installation of the software at your practice is all handled at your office by our experienced staff. Our supportive presence and first rate-training help you quickly get comfortable with the software and the office flow it encourages. You'll be online and successfully up to speed sooner than you might expect!

PCC's unique approach to implementing PCC pediatric EHR begins with a special two-day Kick-Off meeting. At the Kick-Off meeting, we provide your key staff with an overview of the process. We help you establish goals, answer all your questions, and get you started on the path to a successful online.  We also share all the tips, tricks, and lessons we've learned guiding pediatric pratices toward the successful implementation of PCC EHR. Our team will lead you through essential tasks and will be in your office when you Go Live with PCC pediatric EHR.
