UC 2026 Attendee Guide
Everything you need to know in order to have a successful conference.
Conference Overview
PCC looks forward to July 14th –17th, 2026, when our PCC family will gather again in Winooski’s sister city of South Burlington, VT, for our annual Users’ Conference! And, if you can’t make it in person we will once again offer a virtual option so you can join us remotely from wherever you are!
In-person registration includes all livestreams and videos. If you need to change your registration from in-person to remote (or vice versa!), please reach out to ucsupport@pcc.com.
PCCers and industry experts will present talks and workshops to help you pull the weeds out of your workflows, reap the benefits of new software features, and nourish the roots of your practice culture. Cultivate your friendships with other PCC practices, and maybe sprout some new ones! A garden of ideas and good times awaits you at UC 2026.
Registration is included in your PCC Care Plan. If you are not a current PCC client, please reach out to ucsupport@pcc.com for information on how you can be involved.

July 16th: Big Bash
Join us for a midsummer Garden Party on the beautiful grounds of the Shelburne Museum — an evening designed to celebrate Growing Together in one of Vermont’s most distinctive settings.
Surrounded by historic buildings and vibrant gardens in full bloom, we’ll gather for dinner and dancing beneath a soaring sailcloth tent. The evening begins with an exceptional meal by Adventure Dinner, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully crafted cocktails and mocktails. As golden hour settles over the gardens, live music will carry us into a lively night of connection and celebration.
Take a stroll along the museum’s garden paths or enjoy a nostalgic spin on the Museum’s antique 1920s carousel — a reminder that while each of us follows our own path, we rise and move forward together. As the evening winds down, we’ll gather for a sparkler send-off, passing the light from one person to the next in celebration of the community we’re building.
Festive attire — think elevated Garden Party chic — is encouraged, but not required.
Transportation will be provided. Cash bar. Registration is required and space is limited. Be sure to add this event to your registration to secure your ticket.

Before You Travel
A little preparation goes a long way toward making your UC 2026 experience the best it can possibly be.
Set Up Remote EHR Access
UC 2026 will not be offering workstations for personal use and connection back to your home office. To stay connected with your work back home, pack a laptop or tablet and check that you’re set up with SecureConnect and pocketPCC access on your home PCC system.
Pack the Right Gear
The UC is as much about casual connection as it is about professional development. Activities and venues will vary. PCC suggests bringing
- your laptop or tablet and charging cable
- your smartphone and charging cable
- if you’re an ordering provider, your hard token for prescribing controlled substances from your phone
- your business cards
- a reusable water bottle
- several days of comfortable business casual attire
- layers to keep warm in chilly conference rooms
- summer clothing for (potentially humid) evenings out on the town
- comfortable walking shoes
- an outfit for the Big Bash that GROWS your confidence!
And remember to leave room in your luggage for a swag bag brimming with PCC-tastic gear!
